On August 31st, as the teachers and students of “Industrial Securities International Exchange Students Scholarship Program and INTI International University of Malaysia Summer Camp of Studying Tour Program” returned to Jimei University (JMU), the 15 international exchange summer programs of the University in 2024 drew a successful conclusion, with 104 participants from 16 colleges.

JMU’s study abroad summer programs cover 11 world-renowned universities in 8 countries in Asia, Europe, America and Oceania, involving science, engineering, humanities and other disciplines. The participants engaged in the lectures given by the professors from world top universities, such as the University of Texas at Austin, the University of Oxford, and the University of Strathclyde. The most cutting-edge international education resources have kindled the students’ academic enthusiam  and broadened their international horizons as well. Among them, the INTI International University of Malaysia program is the first study abroad exchange program sponsored by the school boards for students who need financial aid to go abroad.

In recent years, it is JMU’s international exchange programs that have created favorable conditions for students to pursue higher education and seek employment, thus empowering the cultivation of international talents for students. The University is committed to building a high-level international education and exchange platform with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness of fostering talents, continuously widening the students’ international visions and enhancing JMU’s global presence.
