On the morning of June 19, Siridech Kumsuprom, Vice President of Dhurakij Pundit University of Thailand, visited Jmei University. Vice President Huang Xinhua received the guests and attended the discussion session. Leaders from Dhurakij Pundit’s Chinese International College, International Affairs Office, and the University’s International Cooperation and Exchange Department along with the Overseas Education College, participated in the exchange.

Huang Xinhua introduced the development history of the University and engaged in in-depth discussions with the Dhurakij Pundit delegation on topics such as faculty and student exchanges, scientific research cooperation, joint student training programs, and faculty academic advancement. Both sides expressed the desire to strengthen exchanges in the fields of humanities, social sciences, and business, further expanding cooperation channels to jointly promote the development of Sino-Thai higher education, technology, and cultural exchanges in the new era.

Following the meeting, the Dhurakij Pundit delegation participated in a discussion session with students from the joint 1+3 undergraduate preparatory program and attended the commencement ceremony for the 2023 program students.
