On April 22, Rebecca Dolan, Associate Dean (International Engagement) of the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics, the University of Adelaide, Australia, and her delegation visited Jimei University. The attendees of the discussion session comprised the heads of International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Finance and Economics College and China National Service Center for Student Exchange Program for Chinese and Foreign High Level Universities.
Presenting respectively the overviews of their universities and latest school running progress, both sides shared their successful experience of international engagement, and probed their potential cooperation areas and modes. The session concluded with dozens of preliminary consensus by both sides.
Following the discussion session, the delegation visited Finance and Economics College to have one-on-one dialogue session with the students of the SEP program. A lecture was also held to provide guidance and suggestions for Program Students about Postgraduate Programs Application for prestigious universities
It’s said that founded in 1874, the University of Adelaide boasts five Nobel Prize winners and is world-renowned for its high-quality education programs and highly-skilled graduates. JMU and the University of Adelaide have launched the dual-degree joint talents cultivation cooperation program of “Student Exchange Program for Chinese and Foreign High-level Universities”, whose enrollment commenced in 2023.
